San Antonio, TX - Officer Shoots Teen, Indicted
A San Antonio officer walked up on a car he believed fled from him days earlier. He ordered the 17 year old behind the wheel, eating a cheeseburger, to exit. The boy put the car in reverse to flee and the officer shot at the car striking the driver.
