Rhode Island - Officer Roundhouse Kicks Handcuffed Woman
Former Lincoln (R.I.) Police Officer Edward Krawetz roundhouse kicked a seated handcuffed woman in the head after she kicked him in the shin. He was given a suspended sentence after a jury convicted him of felony battery.
