Oklahoma City, OK - Sgt. Sweeney Convicted of Murder
A man called 911 on himself saying he wanted to die. Officers arrived and found him to be holding lighter fluid. He had no weapons on him. The officers followed him and ordered him to put his hands up and he complied standing under a tree.
