Oklahoma City, OK - Sgt. Indicted after Shooting
OKC: Bennie Edwards a homeless man with a knife is confronted by police in a parking lot. He refused to drop the knife, officers spoke with him to no avail. Sgt. Duroy was called who had a Taser. He deployed it twice which didn't work.
