Lincoln County, NC - Was Force Necessary
Deputies responded to a road rage, stopped a pickup in a driveway, occupant was belligerent, uncooperative, intoxicated, refused orders, taken to the ground, punched and Tasered by a deputy. Sgt. later was in face of belligerent and choked him.
