Harris County Constable Denied Qualified Immunity
Deputy Jarecki of Napa County CA came across a man in a car on the side of the road. She knocked on his window and he pulled up a .22 caliber handgun, fired, and missed. Dep Jarecki moved and fired ten rounds into the car killing the gunman.
