Denver, CO - Cop Knocks Out Handcuffed Man
An off-duty Denver officer broke up a fight and arrested a combatant, handcuffed him behind his back, and sat him in a chair in an office area of the establishment. Then berated with vile profanities the officer for an extended period of time.
