Charlotte, NC - Officer Shoots Man After Orders to Drop Gun
A man, Franklin, walked into a Burger King with a gun and threatened people. Officers arrived and found the man crouched by a car. The officers issued orders to put the gun down, when the man pulled the gun from his pocket he was shot.
