Casper, WY - Police Shoot After Deescalation
Casper, Wyoming, June 6, 2024: At 9:30 p.m., multiple officers responded to a disturbance at an apartment. Officers spoke with a female victim outside the residence who alleged that her boyfriend, 26-year-old Trae Spurlock, pushed and hit her.
